Orchestra (MUS 114) is a string, wind and percussion ensemble intended to provide an opportunity for members of the college community to continue their instrumental pursuits through contact with the highest quality orchestral literature. The orchestra will stress performance of 17th-, 18th-, and 20th- century compositions. Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings, with a public performance at the end of each semester. This course may be repeated for a maximum of 4 semester hours. It is open to all orchestral instrumentalists. Richard Haglund, Orchestra Director.
